AltaGolden has provided In-home Care Services to seniors for the last few years in the Rancho Bernardo and wider San Diego area and is helping many clients to remain independent in their homes.
Our services, including companionship, help with medication management, running errands, preparing meals, scheduling medical appointments and many other in-home services, are a lifeline to each client and provide peace of mind to their loved ones, often far away.
All our caregivers are experienced, compassionate, bonded and insured. They are passionate about elder care and the love for their work is reflected in our clients' satisfaction.
To expand our support in Alzheimer's care for our clients with Alzheimer's and other forms of dementia, we have opened the AltaGolden Memory Center, a fully licensed Adult Day Program, serving Rancho Bernardo and the wider San Diego.
The AltaGolden Memory Center focuses on preserving and maintaining memory and cognitive functioning through socialization, brain-stimulating activities, arts and crafts. We have a computer center for online games and memory exercises as well as a quiet room for relaxation and watching movies.
We all can use a little help sometimes and if your life is affected by Alzheimer's Disease, join our Alzheimer's Support Group on the 2nd Wednesday of every month at the AltaGolden offices, 5-7pm.
